About RunsOnMac

Native Mac gaming, shown as it actually runs.

RunsOnMac collects community benchmarks for native macOS games and places each result next to the exact Mac that ran it. The catalogue is meant to make a purchasing decision clearer, not to promise performance that has not been tested.

One complete report, checked as one complete report.

A hardware detail cannot make an otherwise invalid result trustworthy. RunsOnMac validates the Mac, the game and the test details together before a report can contribute to compatibility data.

Describe the Mac

Model, chip, memory and macOS version identify the machine behind every result.

Record native gameplay

Each game includes its settings, resolution, measured FPS and a performance rating.

Validate before it counts

Incomplete, inconsistent or non-native reports remain pending. Only complete reports can affect the catalogue.

Where the data comes from

Community tests are submitted through the RunsOnMac benchmark and stored in the project database. The catalogue reads this data directly from Supabase.
